Register Your Team

To play in the tournament, you MUST register your team beforehand using the form below. Team pairings are determined the week before the tournament based on the registrations we receive, and therefore we cannot take any entries on the day of the tournament. Deadline to register your team is June 17, 2026 at midnight! Other important details are as follows:

• Event date is Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Elk Lake Park in Phillips, WI
• Team check-in opens at 8:30 AM, and play begins at 9:00 AM or shortly thereafter.
• Team can consist of either 3 or 4 players. Cost to register is $25 per PLAYER, to be paid on or before registration day. Cash and checks are accepted.
• Each team member must bring one non-perishable food item to be donated.
• Each team member will receive a Roundball Revolution shirt and goodie bag full of surprises!
• Division champs will receive trophies!
